Municipal by-laws

A by-law is a law passed under the authority of a provincial act and is created as a way to address issues and concerns of the local community.

The Town of Oakville maintains and provides access to by-laws enacted, amended and repealed by the Councils of the Town of Oakville, the former Trafalgar Township, the former Village of Bronte, and the Ontario Municipal Board.
